Below are the most commonly asked questions customers have before they make an order. Our staff performs a routine inspection on all items once they have arrived from our supplier. All of our items are brand new, we do not sell second-hand items due to quality concerns. A great majority of items that are sent to our customers are in good condition and matches the product description.
If you received an item with obvious defect that could not have been caused by mishandling during mailing or delivery, please write us an email with a photo of the defect, along with the order receipt that was sent to you.
If the defect is valid, we will schedule an exchange for you at no cost

We have a pre-order system for customers to reserve out of stock items
As we replenish our stock relatively quickly, customers can avoid disappointment by pre-ordering. Pre-ordering is similar to ordering instock items. You will have to enter your address, email and phone number so that we can contact you when new stock arrives. Note: you also need to select your shipping method (mail/delivery/self-collection) when pre-ordering.
However, you DO NOT have to pay when you place a pre-order.
When new stock arrives, you will receive an email with all the order information and a link to select your payment method. After you have made payment, we will process your order and contact you via SMS to arrange delivery/self-collection.

It is highly recommended that you order through the frontend of our site (adding to cart and checkout). If you experience technical problems ordering from the frontend you can email us (email@example.com) to order (pls provide the problem you face with our site also).
Backorder is availble for both instock and out of stock items (pre-order). However, it is not recommended as you might need to wait for a longer time for response compared to ordering through the site.
There’s a bug in our checkout system that does not allow users who prefer to self collect to skip entering their billing/shipping address.
If you prefer self-collection, you can enter anything you want in the required fields during checkout so that you will be able to submit your order.
However, pls provide the right phone number and email address so that we can contact you to arrange for self-collection. Thank you
Normally, all out of stock products will be stated in the product description and a pre-order button is available on the same page.
If the pre-order button does not exist on the product page and “OUT OF STOCK” is shown, it means that all of our new stock has been reserved.
You can still place an order via email if you do not mind waiting for subsequent batches. Provide us with your desired item, quantity as well as your contact information (phone number, address, email, etc.).
We thank you for your interest in Blogshop Singapore’s products, we are constantly expanding our inventory and finding ways to bring you better service.
We strongly encourage you to confirm your intention to purchase before submitting an order as your order will be automatically processed after you submitted it.
However, if you wish to cancel the order for personal reasons, please reply the SMS which have been sent to you and write us an email here with your order number which you wish to cancel. Most cancellation request will be fulfilled provided that the order has not been mailed or on the way of delivery.
Once an order has been mailed or given to delivery man, cancellation is not possible.

We will automatically 2-3 free gifts provided along with orders that exceed a certain amount. Note that the free gifts are not part of the order, we are not liable for any defects (rare) or missing items. Free gifts are subjected to stock availability and cannot be exchanged for discounts or other items.
Though uncommon, we may have forgotten to include the free gifts into your order while they are still instock. You can come to our warehouse (235 yishun st 21) to collect for free (SMS first).

Sorry, we cannot allow that because that would mean that we have to sacrifice orders from our customers as our supplies are not unlimited.
By pre-ordering or ordering our items, you have stated your interest to purchase them.
However, we provide several partnership methods for business owners (blogshops, instashops, ecommerce sites), which includes wholesale, affiliates and dropshipping.
If you do not wish to hold inventory and have a platform to receive orders (blogshop/instashop, etc.) then dropshipping would be ideal for you. Many blogshop owners in SIngapore use this method.
You place an order from us as a partner and we deliver the item to the customer for you. Details for dropshipping can be found here.

If you placed 2 separate orders on our site and wish to collect them together or request delivery together, pls contact us through email with your order numbers.
We will arrange the consolidated order and confirm with you the total price. Delivery is charged per trip and not by number of orders/items so do not worry that you have to pay for delivery twice if delivery man delivers 2 order at once.
There are 3 payment method, paypal (credit card), bank transfer and cash upon delivery.
Paypal and bank transfer is available for customers who choose registered mail or doorstep delivery as their shipping method while cash upon delivery is only available for self-collection customers
Paypal is the most popular and secure method for paying online, as long as you have a credit card, paypal is the recommended method as your order will be processed and delivered more quickly.
Bank transfer is an alternative for customers. If you select this method, an email will be sent prompting payment and the bank account info will be included in the email. Please transfer the amount stated in the email within 1-2 days after you submitted your order. Your order may be delayed further if you do not transfer within the stated time (sorry for any inconveniences).
Please SMS 81136169 or email email@example.com (subject: blogshop bank transfer) after you have transferred the money. Please provide the date, time and the amount transferred. Your order will then be processed and delivered.
Cash upon delivery is only available for customers who selected self-collection as their shipping method. Please try to bring the exact amount during collection.

Yes, we do ship overseas.
If you are not in Singapore but want to order our items and have them shipped to your country, you can order the item via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Include your full address and paypal email address.
The only payment method we accept is paypal. We will confirm with you the total price including shipping via email. After you have made payment via paypal, pls email us the transaction number.
We will then submit your order for shipping and provide you with mailing proof.
Pre-order item’s price will not change when new stock arrives. Prices might change only after the product has arrived at our warehouse. Customers who have placed pre-orders can be assured that item price will be same as when they placed the pre-order.
An on sale product is reduced in price for a period of time (usually 1-2 weeks). The sale may be over and prices will return to original amount as stated beside the sale price.
However, we do not change prices of our products very often to avoid confusion.
We will contact you within 2-3 days after you have placed your order online. We might be busier on some days hence there might be a slight delay. You can check for your order via email (email@example.com)
We will SMS you regarding your order total, estimated mail/delivery time. If you selected self-collection, we will notify you when you can come for collection at our warehouse.
There are 2 ways you can find out when new stock for out of stock items will arrive.
1) Visit the product page (you can find the product from our shop page). The time of arrival will be stated in the 1st paragraph of the product description. E.g. “Dear customer, this product is out of stock, new stock will arrive on MM/DD/YY. You can reserve it by pre-ordering it below”
2) if you’ve placed a pre-order, an order receipt will be sent to your email immediately after you placed the pre-order. The date of arrival of new stock will be stated below the product you pre-ordered.
If an out of stock product is not available for pre-order, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out restocking date.
Yes, as long as payment is settled, anyone can collect your order on your behalf. If payment has not been made, please inform the person to prepare the correct amount.
If someone is coming for self-collection, please let us know, beforehand, the person’s phone number and when is he/she coming for collection.
